Terms of Service

Last updated: June 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Northline Electric website and your communications with us. Specific electrical work may also be subject to a written estimate, work order, or service agreement.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about our services, contact us, or request an appointment. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Booking a job

Submitting a booking form or contacting us does not guarantee an appointment or create a service contract. We will confirm availability, scope, access requirements, and applicable pricing before work proceeds.

Estimates and scope

Any estimate is based on the information available at the time. Conditions discovered after work begins may require a revised scope, schedule, or price. Material changes will be discussed before additional work is performed whenever practical.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate job information, safe and reasonable access to the work area, and authorization to approve work at the property.

Scheduling

Appointment windows and completion dates are estimates and may change because of site conditions, permitting, material availability, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Website content

Website content is provided for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site electrical assessment. Photos are illustrative. Services, availability, and pricing may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Northline Electric is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for electrical services will be governed by the applicable work order, agreement, warranty, and law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
